Please note that although the province removed the mask mandate for indoor use on March 15/22, However, as a health care provider we still prefer that A MASK BE WORN INTO OUR OFFICE until further notice. All staff will continue to wear masks for the foreseeable future.

Please let us know if you are experiencing any cold or flu symptoms.

Our hours are now 10:30 am to 6:00 pm Monday to Wednesday and Friday. On Thursday we are open later from 2:30pm to 6:30pm. Until further notice, we are not open Saturdays on a regular basis (we are open some Saturdays-afternoons only). Please note that we are often here past posted hours; if someone is here we answer the phone.

Please be aware that these hours may change depending on the COVID 19 situation. Cancellation fees will be waived if you cancel due to illness or suspected exposure to COVID-19.

Our phone message should have the most up-to-date information. We are trying to keep our website and google listing current as well but there can be a delay on updating them. It is also impossible to provide details on the google listing. Please check the answering machine on the telephone first, and then the website second.

We have been open for routine work since May 2020. However, there are protocols in place that reduce the number of patients that we can see in a day.

We continue to perform several precautions to keep everyone safe. All staff wash their hands and/or use alcohol sanitizer frequently and always before and after patients. We are cleaning any surface that is touched in between patients. All equipment surfaces and hand-held items are sanitized between usage. We are booking appointments well apart to make sure that we can maintain social distancing as much as possible and to allow time for cleaning procedures. All our currently working staff have been fully vaccinated.

Our staffing is still somewhat reduced, so please be patient with us.
